My first experience was bad and is detailed below. Apparently the business had staffing problems that day which led to my negative experience. Since then, they have made it right to the best of their ability and the next massage was very good. Hopefully the change is a permanent one. (This was the worst massage I have ever had. Everything was rushed. My masseuse did not speak any English and immediately tried to start the massage without any introduction. I had to stop her so I could discuss my preferences for the massage and to avoid my knee because of a prior surgery. Thoroughly enjoyed my first 90 min deep tissue session with Lee. Lee is an excellent therapist with good techniques to get at problem areas in my neck, shoulders and lower back. The facility has just recently opened and is very nicely decorated. The spa is very peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend this business and will definitely return for additional sessions.
