Justin Conrad deserves 100 stars ! This is the most ethical business person of any type of business I have ever used not only in Bakersfield but in every city or town I have ever lived: (Santa Maria, Ventura, Pacifica and then Olalla in Washington State. Justin was referred to me I believe in 2008 or 2009. Maybe earlier. Prior to that we can use Busby but as with all other HVAC businesses if you call for AC service or repair after us April 1 or before October 31, you would wait a minimum of two weeks for a technician. Not Conrad's. He will come out the day of your call if you don't mind him coming to you on his way home from his last job of the day. I don't so he has gotten my AC up and running as late as 10:30pm or the following day as early as 6:30am adding me into his schedule before his first scheduled appointment for that day.
This was the best experience with an hvac service I've ever heard of. My ac went out right at the start of summer. Justin came out and replaced it quickly before it hits 100 next week. He was fast, knowledge and we'll priced. I'll never go anywhere else.
Justin is amazing he was able to show up give a quote very good pricing that is competitive to the market. He showed up on install date as promised completed the install with no issues, he gave very honest recommendations thank you Justin you rock!
