Received a haircut today by Carter ?? over at Central city barber shop, perfect like usual. The difference is today he gave my one year-old son a haircut. Prior to receiving a haircut from Carter ?? my son couldn’t even read. After receiving a haircut from Carter ?? my son isn’t only reading. He’s reading the Bible. After receiving a haircut from Carter ??my son is now not only growing intellectually but spiritually ? that’s the kind of things Carter ??over at Central city barbershop does.

Driving through and stayed in Bakersfield halfway on my trip. I needed a cut and tried this place on a whim. I don't normally leave reviews but damn the cut Alan gave me is one of the best I've ever had. Can't recommend him enough. If he was in San Diego I'd go every other week.

They were able to take me same day and even after the power went out downtown Carter was able to make it happen and get my hair and beard looking clean. Detail oriented, quick, and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
