Brimhall Primary Care Clinic is a great place to receive care. The staff are passionate and fully trained in customer service, taking the time to answer questions. Doctors and medical professionals are dedicated to providing the best care quickly and efficiently. The clinic is respectful and courteous, with polite front desk staff and helpful nurses and assistants, making for a great overall experience.
I love Brimhall Primary Care. I’ve been coming here for the last three years and for the last two Dr.Bawa has been my primary care physician. She always knows what’s happening with me and is very proactive in helping me stay healthy. It’s always good to see Gabriel at the front desk and all the staff who in the back make it very easy and smooth. Highly recommended!!!
I recently brought my kids to this clinic for their check-up, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, and the nurse was so patient with my children, even when they were playful during their vitals.
I arrived about 20 minutes before our appointment, and the check-in took a bit longer than expected (1HR. from actual appointment), There were about 5 to 6 pages of forms to complete manually for each child, which took some time, but I understand it’s part of making sure the clinic has complete records. Maybe in the future, having digital forms could help make things faster for parents.

Love the ease of getting an appointment. Don't have to wait weeks, very accommodating. Staff is always friendly and inviting. In my experience they have been efficient when submitting referrals and contacting me for follow up appointments for results. Provider Bawa is exceptional! Since coming here I am met with a provider who listens intently about my concerns and takes the appropriate measures to make me feel heard and taken care of. Being in the healthcare field myself I appreciate when I am given great service and care. Thank you all!!!
