I would recommend Birchfield CPA to anyone!!!I am currently admitted into Memorial Hospital for a blood infection and I'm not able to leave. My previous CPA passed away and then his counter part held onto my taxes until four days before the deadline, then he called and told me that he wasn't going to get to my husband and I's taxes or my husbands business tax return. In fact, he hadn't even started, nor did he contact me to let me know this until it was days away from being to late. I started to panic, knowing I'm not able to leave and I don't know anyone else, I sat in my hospital bed and googled CPA's. The first one to pop up was Birchfield, so I took a chance and called. God was definitely looking out for me, because Deanna Pettit answered the call. From the very moment she said hello, she was kind, compassionate and attentive. I explained the situation and my concern and she said for me to not worry, that they would get them done. But that's not we're her customer service ended. She answered numerous questions I had, and was timely with all communication regarding both returns. She worked early mornings and late nights to make sure our returns where ready for review. Aside from taxes, she would take small moments to pray for me and my health and send me emails that would lift my spirit when I was feel anxious or overwhelmed. She offered the best customer service I've experienced in a long time and went above and beyond to make sure our taxes were getting us the best return for both our personal and the business. I've never been to the office, or met Deanna in person, but she is definitely someone I look forward to meeting and will be filing our taxes for years to come with Birchfield. Thank you Deanna for going the extra mile for me and my husband and showing me that there are still GREAT people in the world.
