I've gotten incomplete repairs. I understand that patching is not part the contract or scope but painting is and does not look professional at all. Also per scope or contract is them have replace the baseboards but they missed some of them as walking in our home. They left a terrible mess afterwards. Crew was cutting some baseboards in the new flooring they just completed a left dusk dusk inside also. We have no choice but to pay them according to contract or scope but not happy at all.
We had two drain pipes leaking from the upstairs bathroom down into the kitchen. The damage to our kitchen was substantial because the leak was in the wall, behind the cabinets, and granite backsplash. Needless to say, it wasn’t easy to get to and remedy. However Kim came out with her team and they were on it. She helped us out every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about the process. My wife and I highly recommend her to anyone that needs either restoration or remodeling work done within the home. Thank you Kim for everything.
