I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Vendemia on December 29th. Everything went smooth and the surgery recovery was quick and painless. However I didn’t like how my post op appointments were not with my surgeon but with the clinical staff. If I would’ve known ahead of time, it was going to be this way. I would have gone somewhere else for my surgery. I only saw my doctor at my one month post op and never heard from him again. One of the major issues I have is that Dr. Vendemia is no longer practicing with Beautologie and I was never informed about this until I called the office regarding my 3 month post op. I was informed my surgeon would not be following up with my results and have no form of contact with him.This is a huge disappointment and very unprofessional in my opinion to not be informed, especially after the clinical staff knew when his last practicing date was. I was told I would be able to see some of their other surgeons for my follow ups, however I have some concerns with my nose and I only want to see the surgeon who performed MY surgery. I am not looking for perfection however I don’t feel like my hump was completely shaved off and I developed a small indentation on my left nostril. Only my surgeon knows what he did and how my healing process is going, therefore I am very disappointed and displeased with the service. If I could go back in time, I would have gone somewhere else for my surgery :/

WARNING! Go somewhere else. I would give negative stars if I could. Negligent doesn't begin to describe this company. They canceled my surgery twice the day off because they informed me incorrectly about medications, after I confirmed with multiple people that what I was doing was correct. The second time, they didn't read my medical clearance until 30 minutes before my scheduled surgery, the clearance wasn't accurate so they canceled. We lost a lot of money and time from work and so did my family to arrange for my after care. Not to mention the emotional roller coaster, as I've lost 130 pounds and was so looking forward to this. I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund of $14500. I have paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket in interest, in the meantime, without receiving the service I'm paying for. Please, I beg you to go somewhere else. I wouldn't trust these people with anything, especially not a potentially dangerous surgery.

It's been a year since my rhinoplasty with Dr. V. The initial experience of setting the appointment, working with the office, scheduling etc was great. I had no issues. However, after fully healing, my nose is crooked. I was told it was already crooked which I thought was the reasoning for me getting the surgery. When he drew on my nose before the surgery with the blue sharpie, I felt his hand was trembling (which is concerning for a surgeon). I also have an area of bone that didn't heal correctly by my eye socket and is still painful to touch. I am exploring my options of what my next steps are.

Nurse Susana was well informative and I was pleased with her guidance thru recommendations and very satisfied with her work! I have been looking for a great cosmetic nurse for Botox and fillers in California and would highly suggest this place and their accomodating staff!

After getting cancelled one day before my surgery I was reschedule one week later. I wrote a previous rating saying that I felt that it was very unprofessional. I want to retract that. Day of my surgery the nursing staff were amazing. Heather was so sweet, helpful and comforting. The anesthesiologist, Janako( I think that was her name) was the best. I think it was meant to be to have my first appointment cancelled and rescheduled so I could under her watch day of my surgery. I am one day post op and have an appointment later today to see how things look. I can thank the staff and my wonderful doctor, Dr.Vendemia, who is seriously an artist, perfectionist and just a wonderful human. Thank you l, Beautologie and Dr V!!!

Do NOT let Dr. Nicholas Vendemia touch you! He did a tummy tuck on me & I ended up with a huge saroma that need extensive care that he wasn't willing to do. He prays on women who don't know any better, especially Hispanic women who don't know any better. Run as far away from him as possible!
