I am so happy my vet referred me to BRVSS. The service was outstanding; the tech was so patient and would answer every silly question I had. The Doctor was just wonderful. I am very picky when it comes to my Dogs and I never felt like my Gabby wasn't important to them. Thank you

This vet clinic was absolutely wonderful at helping my cat with her leg surgery and post care. Although the surgeons are not currently available every day of the week in Bakersfield, they were able to get my cat in the same day at their location in Rancho Cucamonga for a metatarsal repair on my cat’s hind leg. The surgeon was absolutely amazing, clear on what the plan was, and was very caring. Both offices are extremely clean and had wonderful, kind veterinary assistants. I have had 2 of my pup's have surgery there. Four years ago, my girl had a TPLO, and 1 week ago, my boy had a medial luxating patella repair surgery. She healed wonderfully, and he is doing well.
I have called the surgical center with concerns and they were able to help immediately. They communicated everything to expect, as they prepped him, when his surgery was over, and called when he woke up from anesthesia.
They are kind, attentive, understanding, and I am glad they are local.
