Joseph assisted me purchase my first home earlier this year. I was a little concerned at first given it was my first time purchasing a home and I didn’t know what to expect. Joseph made the process seamless and there were no issues. He communicated with us regularly to keep us up to date on action items and also communicated with the sellers agent as well. He was informative and knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and we weren’t blind sided by anything unusual. Corey was a huge help getting me into a house. I was doing all me searching from San Diego. He put in a lot of effort to find and narrow down the options for me so I only had to make one 8 hour round trip to see a few houses in person and make a decision. Once we had an offer he made escrow a breeze. I would definitely give him a call if your in the market.
