Fernando Chavez answered my call when I was in a full panic with an absolutely wicked leak shooting from my drip valve. He came right away talked me out of my panic and advised what I could do. 10/10 customer service and knowledge on the job. Thank you again Fernando this meant more to a busy dad with daughters at home than you’ll know.
We found Bakersfield Plumbing a few years ago and have used them often since then. They respond quickly, are knowledgeable, and very kind when people are often at their most stressed. We recently had Jerry out for a shower fixture repair, and he took the time to explain the problem and the fix, and to make sure we were thoroughly happy. Try this business! You won't be disappointed.
This is the first time I use this company to Install a Moen device they did a hell of a job a couple of weeks later it dripped a little, but they did not hesitate to get that fixed. That was amazing. The technician Jerry called me when he was on his way. Called me when he was done. I cannot be more satisfied. This is an awesome company to use for any plumbing issues.
