This is the only place that's ever been able to properly explain and teach me breathwork as a solution for pain. I'd always heard and never really believed it could augment the traditional practices, but now I know there are indeed better places to go when I need physical therapy. This is one of those places.
Well, this was interesting. I expected to be beaten up and shown different physical exercise exercises to continue to beat myself up with. This is the exact opposite. What I have learned at Aum Therapy will last me my lifetime. It has taught me to calm myself down, to build strength from within myself, and that I have the power in my own breath. I never thought I would never not be in pain. But now my life has continued. I can now do exactly what I want. I just now know how to care of myself. Thank you to Dr. Dhaval and your entire staff, I am forever grateful. Thank you for giving me my life back … No pun intended ;)))
A great experience with positive results. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I was amazed at the progress I made and was given the tools to help me continue improving. I heartily recommend Aum if you need physical therapy.
