Waiting areas were clean. The bathrooms were clean, although you have to hunt someone down to get the code. The downside is there’s never anyone available to assist you in the inside even doing normal 9-5 hours & it stays open until 9pm. The outside staff is very helpful, never was amor to get any assistance on the inside.

I travel every week and I must say now that I have been to a few Amtrak's this one is one of the most hassle free that I have been to. Trains are always clean and stocked with goodies, staff is friendly and most of the time very helpful.

It's a really nice station. Plenty of parking, and handicap parking/access. I didn't get to go inside, everything on the outside is nice and clean, no graffiti or otherwise that I have seen. It is close enough to both the 58fwy and the 99fwy.
