Horrible communication! Receptionists are extremely rude and condescending in their answers. I have not been able to speak to anyone of the 4-5 names I’ve been given (that are supposedly in charge of my case). Definitely not worth the excessive advertising they pay for. Would not recommend.
Update 9/3/25
I was contacted by Diana, pleasant to talk to. She was able to answer all of my questions, gave me ease on my current situation which will allow me to focus on my health and family. I appreciate her time and thorough communication and understanding. Huge weight was lifted of my shoulders! Thank you, Diana!
