The dog trainer Annie killed my sister's dog. Our poor Milo suffered for 2+ days before he eventually passed due to severe dehydration. Annie showed no remorse, empathy or sympathy. She tried to tell us that our poor Milo died from heart worms or epilepsy. Milo was in perfect health prior to being in Annie Schreiber's care. She had Milo and two other family dogs for 12 days! My niece is devastated! It was difficult explaining to her how Milo suffered at the hands of Annie Schreiber. I don't know why she just didn't call us to pick him up if he was too much for her to handle but instead she decided to torture our Milo and kept water from him. When I picked up my Sa'Dee and Milo's belongings the bottom of his kennel was covered in feces, which I believe she kept Milo locked in his kennel in his own feces as punishment. Annie lacked communication, and has yet to refund our money! For your own pets safety I do not recommend this company for board and training! Unfortunately, Milo passed so others can be warned about her treatment towards pets! Hopefully Milo's death can save other pets! bakersfield.com/news/bak…

I took my 12 yo cat there for the first time. The owner stated she’d groomed cats for many years. When I arrived the owner seemed quite frustrated & saying she was having a bad day.\nMaybe I shouldn't have left him but he needed groomed.\nWhen I returned i wrote a check and when I git him home, they had not followed my instructions. But hair can grow out. But they cut tho whiskers on the right side of his face. Thus we in ll mig grow out. . I was livid.\nI left two messages but no reply.

This is one of the best places that I've ever been to. The groomer has so much patience with animals and she truly cares about them. My dog can be nervous sometimes, but she does just fine here. I highly recommend this place!
