From my experience, each agency operates differently. Some agencies are more so skill based placements and others general labor and production based. Signing up and being open for work doesn't guarantee you a position, If your skills don't align with current opportunities.
My advice is ask what type of work is available and if you are placeable with what the agency has available, to save yourself time. 2nd piece of advice is to ask questions about the process, timelines, potential areas of improvement. Agencies are paid by clients who are struggling to find top talent not everyone will qualify for every opportunity.
I would like to say representative Andrew was a major roll in the process of completing and the follow up of the onboarding and hiring details real professional and helpful when it came to the matter of completing requirements.

I’ve had the opportunity to use their employment services recently and in the past. I’ve never had issues getting in contact with recruiters or office. They really work to find the right job/opportunity for you. SABA is fantastic, I’ve dealt with a few agencies around town and I can honestly say Aerotek is the cream of the crop. Don’t look any further when and if you need assistance with finding your next employer!!!
