Hired this company to help my mother in law who has a stage 4 wound and is bed bound. The nurse came today and put my mother in laws catheter and pack her wound. When we went to go change her we found out that it was not put in properly and things were not working properly as they were before the nurse came. I fiancé called to see if anyone could come out and the nurse on duty, Diane refused to come b/c she said she was sleeping. Now we will have to call the paramedics & fire department. This is crazy! 10:53pm time stamp when I called.

Second time to use this Home Health Care in 6 months. Could not be happier. First time was after my husband had a heart attack. Second time after major abdominal surgery. Nurses were always prompt, kept in touch and answered my questions. Physical therapist was great. Even recommended a book to help my husband with his recovery. Maya and Vamsi are superior.

New nursing staff leaves A LOT to be desired. Lately, nurses DO NOT keep their appointments and DO NOT call to tell the patient that they will be a no show. The support services are very good. It's just some nurses. Very sad.
