Normally order from this place, but the last order was inaccurate and shouldn't have been delivered. When a change in color or appearance of a paid order needs to be made, a customer should be contacted which in this case it wasn't. I had the receiver return the flowers to the shop and ask for a refund which has still not gone through. I understand business days policies, but it's been about 7 days now. Very unfortunate experience, hope changes are made as this flower shop has potential & have made beautiful flower arrangements before.
I ordered online, and they delivered my order to my wife's work. The arrangement looked different from what ordered. I called it in, and with no argument, Ceaser went above and beyond to make it correct and then some. I will definitely keep ordering arrangements from this establishment, Thank you
Ordered at 11 a.m online and delivered by 3:00 p.m on the same day, wow is all I can say and she loved the flowers and thought they looked so beautiful. To the florist I'd like to say thank you and job well done!
