We had a leaky faucet valve and Terry was the only one of several plumbers I called that actually called me back. He was headed home for the day, but re-routed to our house to take a look at the faucet and was able to repair it right away by replacing some parts.

Terry was AMAZING! He came out on a same day call, fixed a gas leak on my water heater, and a water leak under my bathroom sink.
