He explained the progress of each step of the installation . At completion he gave a thorough briefing, and answered all our questions.The office staff, Tiffany,Teresa, and especially DeeDee were very helpful in setting up the paperwork, contract, and making arrangements for financing- again they answered any questions we had.We’re completely satisfied, would definitely recommend this business!“
“I wanted to commend the owner of this business for going above and beyond. I live out of state on the east coast. At the time my elderly mother with dementia was living in Auburn with the help of an aide. Last March her water heater died and I was frantically making calls from EST trying to get it replaced. Not only did the owner of this business do so on short notice, he replaced my mom's water heater while he was still on the mend from an illness. The work, timeliness and price were all excellent. “Had a water softener system break and Jacob, the owner, came out very quickly to install a temporary bypass so that we could have water until a new setup was installed.
