I think they have a hard busy job and I think they do a good job of dealing with it. The veterinarian is the best part of this clinic and her employees would do well to follow her example in customer service, empathy, and knowledge.

Dr. Mackinnon is the most caring vet we have ever had. We live in Grass Valley and drive to Auburn so she can be our pet's Dr. No upselling either. We love the office people too. We had to send our Kylee to Heaven last Friday, they were all so loving with us❤️

Wonderful experience for both of us! We had another vet in town and it was not fun at all, these wonderful people took my Waylon in & got him all up to date on his shots & cleaned his adorable ears. Would absolutely recommend! ??
