I want to thank all the staff at Primary Eye in Atascadero.Amazing... Doesn't even come close.... They are kind and considerate... They make you feel comfortable when going to a Dr may give you anxiety ..Helpful and fun and very professional .. Thank you to everyone... Alison

I have always had very polite and good service and the staff is trained well. Waiting a bit for my glasses but everything is behind with the post Covid way. I recommend this quality business

In November 2019, I had my first eye exam since the the 1960’s. Primary Eyecare Center assigned me to a new associate, Jocelyn Ou. I understand that this is Dr. Ou’s first post-intern practice. I was impressed by her manner, method, apparent expertise, and resume (which I researched on-line). While maintaining her focus on a thorough examination, she explains what she is doing and what she finds in a way that is direct, immediately intelligible, and sometimes humorous. My eyesight had deteriorated in later years, requiring prescription eyeglasses and treatment for eyelash mites & the bacteria they release when they die.
