Extremely disappointed with my experience. The SLO office is very unreliable and unprofessional. Their policies and care are not at all client centered. My refills were not filled more times that they were properly filled. My pharmacy had to make multiple attempts to complete my requests and I ended up having to call them. This left me without meds for multiple days, despite having called in the refill with at least 3-4 days left just in case there was a delay. Not once was I contacted about re-titrating back up to my regular dose after having missed multiple doses. The psychiatrist was ok, my issue is not with his care but with the management, or lack of, from the SLO office. I fully realize we don't have a lot of options for outpatient psychiatric care here o. The Central Coast. That's said, I would not recommend this group to someone I care about. The ethics are questionable at best. As another reviewer stated, one star because zero is not an option here. Frustrating, disappointing, just overall unacceptable.

Totally unprofessional staff. Felt like dealing with a third-world country work ethic. You and your insurance pay for 30-minute doctor appointments, and they rush meetings because they end in 10-15 max. They only take virtual appointments, and they don't even have the decency to send e-mail appointment reminders. And wait, if it wasn't enough, they are first in the line to charge you a no-show fee if you are 5-min late to the meeting because you are struggling trying to find the virtual meeting link on an email you got only once when they admit you as a patient. And don't even think about emailing or calling them, the only way they will answer you is with threats. In short, felt like living in Venezuela dealing with them, not in California, United States of America.

Testified that my literal life can not be real and is a grandiose view, yet I love it with every day. My family and therapist both see it and are shocked at Dr Thomas diagnosis. Just because one’s reality is not yours doesn’t make it impossible. Had my home raided by the sheriff, had to go to court and represent myself. Got my property back a year ago, quit Dr Johnson’s meds a year ago, the past year I have been more mentally stable then ever in my life.
