Resolved the issue I had in no time and taught me how address it next time! Showed up promptly in the morning as promised, I was still sleeping actually. Gents were courteous and friendly. Will not hesitate to call next time I break something!
Megan was awesome! Very understanding of the issue and kept me abreast of the repair due to extreme weather. Given the weather they were still very fast getting the repairs done and coordinating power back on with PG & E. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough about how awesome Megan, Chris and team are! We had issues with several outlets, lights, and switches. They were able to fix some of the outlets on the first visit but had to come back for the ones on the wall where we used to have a fireplace. Megan was great with staying in communications on when they could return given we were having epic storms for weeks. When Chris came back, he was able to diagnose the issue after cutting out the sheetrock and uncovering a junction box that should have been readily accessible. After addressing the compromised wires, all outlets worked again! They were super friendly, accommodating and helped to educate us along the way. They're also helping to update our home warranty as it seems Old Republic does not have electrical contractors they work with in Arnold. 10 stars! Would definitely use them again!
