Called in for a last min haircut on a Tuesday and was told to come in right away. I'm soooo glad that I did! VR is a gem but especially JILL! Everyone here was really accommodating despite my last min requests. After reviewing the pricing of everything, I ended up getting a haircut, oil treatment, and golden brown highlight/money pieces to frame my face. Jill was my stylist and she was absolutely AMAZING. She was detail-oriented and took the greatest care in making sure my color and cut were on point. This is a long overdue review! I came here wanting a change in my hair and opted for an ashy blonde balayage. Tony (@tony_hair_color) and Ken (@Kenz_hair_color) both helped me. Walking into the salon I was immediately greeted and Ken evaluated my hair and gave recommendations based on what wanted. I told him I don't color my hair often and wanted something low maintenance. I had colored my hair red years ago and still had a tidbit left which I could barely see, but they first had to remove that. I called the salon today & scheduled for a wash & style, I just wanted my hair straightened. I went in for my appointment 10 minutes early & was introduced to Lisa @ the shampoo bowl right away. The smallest details matter right? Well, Lisa did a fantastic job on washing my hair. I had coconut oil in my hair from a couple days ago & she took care to wash my hair 3 times. The way she handled my head was so gentle, I could just melt I also had tape extensions on the right side of my head from months ago that I didn't maintain & pointed it out to Lisa, she said she had time to retouch them & we did exactly that.
