My frames broke this evening. The shop was open until 9pm. The employee told me that they had my frames in stock. I rushed there, and arrived 15 minutes before closing. The employee was very nice… the frames were replaced and all is well. I was lucky and the employee was great!
5 stars all the way for Lens Crafters. Maged is awesome, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and through. He cleaned my glasses first thing and he even checked for me if I had store insurance on my broken pair when I had no clue that I did. He asked me what I needed and made some suggestions and offers that made sense for me. No pressure and it was easy to take him up on those. The store is spotless and stocked. I walked out of there thinking that couldn't have gone any better.
I came to LensCrafters because I was struggling to change out my sunglasses frames. I tried at home for over an hour and even tried another glasses store, but the frames were too thick. Jose was able to get them back in within 30 seconds! The store here in Arcadia is beautiful—it’s brand new and has tons of options (lots of designer)! I will be coming back to get glasses!
