On Thursday, their assistant called me and said my contacts were ready for pick up and that I could come anytime tomorrow (Friday) from 9am to 4pm to pick up. What she failed to mention was that they all leave the office for 2 hours between 11:30am- 1:30pm for lunch every day so if you arrive between those hours, they're closed. Would have been nice to know before driving across town.
The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and have great products. I live in Long Beach, and thought it might be more convenient to visit an optometrist down here. But found out, to my dismay, that I could not get the same quality of lenses that Arcadia Optometry offers. Also, when they test my eyes, they take extra steps for increased resolution. I'm a satisfied customer!!
We are so disappointed in Dr. Chan!We were so rushed to sign what they called The Policy that we didn't even know we couldn't postpone night-time corrective lenses without losing all of the money we paid! We lost $300 because of this! They didn't explain anything to us & just rushed us to hurry up & sign & leave so he could see another patient. We felt hurried & unimportant & we couldn't even ask any questions about anything!When we picked up our glasses, they apparently didn't even have time to give us our glasses case & we had to go back & get it & then John the assistant kept telling us we didn't have an appointment when we did!
