Friendly, professional service. My family been coming here for years, great experience with routine eye care, OrthoK and atropine program. Front desk staff, always very responsive and willing to help. Really appreciate Tiffany for all her assistance!
Although the place is under new management, May and Dr. Michelle Wu consistently provided excellent service. They are the only reasons our family and friends still go there. Unlike other associates, May always takes time and extra steps to help us.
Love all the safety precautions that the staff are taking to keep everyone safe during the pandemic, from temperature checking to limiting the number of people with appointments. I’ve long been a patient with Dr. Tsai, and I love her attention to detail and accuracy. Tiffany and the rest of the staff are very sweet and eager to help and really make an effort to take care of of their clients. Thank you to everyone there!
