COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between customers. The doctor also uses some sort of paper to create a barrier between you and the machines when you get your eyes checked. My friend has been recommending this place for years. I was like they are too far from my home. I did come once for eyesight check up, the service was good, but I felt their style a bit outdated. I went to an ophthalmologist today for a possible stuck contact lens. He checked my eyes with four fancy machines and told me there was no contact lens and my eyes do not have a problem. I still felt an edge of a disk over my eyeball, I showed him and asked him what it might be. The doctor snapped and told me it was my hallucination! A thousand thanks for Dr. Jim Chan for diagnosing my husband's detached retina and ensuring we were able to get to someone that day. Not many doctors would get themselves and staff and the patient involved in sourcing a specialist. It was an emergency, my husband was able to have the retina surgery and Dr. Chan has since fitted new glasses. He literally saved my husband's sight.
