Dr. Jay Jiang, May and Tracy all truly awesome staff of this location. I am a customer of Golden at their Irvine location. I went to this Arcadia store wanted to buy some contact lenses for emergency use - I lost one of my lens on that day. They were kind and courteous. They first verified I have prescription in place, and saw I just purchased a bunch contact lenses recently. They ended up giving me a few samples for FREE! It really shows how they care about people in the community not only the profits. I always had great experience with Golden and has been a customer for years.
