I hate leaving reviews like this but man I've had such a bad experience with this office. I went to see Dr. Saraf and he was super nice along with some of the other staff. However, I've been put the ringer trying to get my sleep study scheduled. I saw the doctor on 5/21/2026. Two companies were sent referrals and I am now dealing with them stating they need another week to figure out my order. Called back today and was given an excuse, then they said I could leave a message with their office manager. Two rings in and it says the office managers voicemail is full. Ridiculous. I am still dealing with many issues. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. They tried to charge me an exorbitant amount for a service they didn’t even provide. It seems like they intentionally mess up patients’ sleep study requests so they can charge twice—once for the at-home study, then again by claiming it was inconclusive and requiring an on-site study. The whole place gave me a bad vibe, and on top of that, I was still forced to pay for a two-minute Q&A with the specialist. Seriously, avoid this place.
