I finally decided it was time to take my boy to a groomer. His hair was killing my vacuums, clothes and nose. So I made an appointment here and brought him in.The staff was absolutely fantastic. They greeted both me and my dog, and gave him tons of attention which he loves. Before letting me go they made sure they were comfortable, my dog was comfortable and I was comfortable.When I went to pick him up I was first greeted with an extremely adorable picture of him. When I arrived he looked and smelled AMAZING. I suspect they pampered him too because he was totally showing off his new look. His coat looks brand new and 100% has the Akita look now. 10 stars if I could! My dog Leon usually HATES getting his nails done and it becomes a traumatic experience for us both. The girls at the Groom Room completely changed this outcome and Leon was the best he’s ever been!The staff is gentle, sincere and go above and beyond in giving their four-legged clients a paw-sitive, top-notch experience.Thank you, ladies!!

If you’re looking for groomers who are incredibly knowledgeable, talented, welcoming, and patient with your fur-babies, look no further. Not only did they do great work for my fluffy-muppet, the owner even gave me recommendations for my dachshund who struggles with anxiety! She thoughtfully invited him to come along to the appointment just to start a positive relationship with the team. I booked our next appointment without hesitation. Highly recommend these folks for all your pet grooming needs!!
