“I finally decided it was time to take my boy to a groomer. His hair was killing my vacuums, clothes and nose. So I made an appointment here and brought him in.The staff was absolutely fantastic. They greeted both me and my dog, and gave him tons of attention which he loves. Before letting me go they made sure they were comfortable, my dog was comfortable and I was comfortable.When I went to pick him up I was first greeted with an extremely adorable picture of him. When I arrived he looked and smelled AMAZING. I suspect they pampered him too because he was totally showing off his new look. His coat looks brand new and 100% has the Akita look now. I mentioned his "elbows" always looked and felt matted and nothing I did made it look better. Well once I got home I looked him over and they worked some kind of magic because I don't see that or feel it anymore.His shedding hair is way better than before which I love and my wallet will too.So my advice is don't be like me and keep putting it off. Take your fur baby here. I promise you will not regret it at all. Every member of the staff I met is most definitely an animal lover and will treat yours as their own.“

“We've been going to Waggin' Tails for a very long time when it was Sandra, and Allen. In that time we never had a problem with our animals being there. Always very professional. Sandra even went out of her way to raise money for our rescue cow, Romeo. Now it's Eva, and Aureanna. Like Sandra, they are just as professional, and articulate. I picked up our two small dogs, and they were beautiful. I recommend Waggin' Tails above all of them.“

“Took my 10 year old Pit here because of him losing bladder control, and his appetite was gone. Was able to do the urgent care drop, and they called me every hour or so with updates on him. After an IV, blood tests and some meds, by old man pup, is back home already perked back up and was eagerly awaiting breakfast this morning. Found out he had pancreatitis AND a UTI (probably from a lot of recent red meat fatty treats from us ?). So, he's on a new diet from here on out and will be back to his old self soon.“
