Took my 10 year old Pit here because of him losing bladder control, and his appetite was gone. Was able to do the urgent care drop, and they called me every hour or so with updates on him. After an IV, blood tests and some meds, by old man pup, is back home already perked back up and was eagerly awaiting breakfast this morning. Found out he had pancreatitis AND a UTI (probably from a lot of recent red meat fatty treats from us ?). So, he's on a new diet from here on out and will be back to his old self soon.

My 11 YO male boxer Oscar recently had his tail removed here due to a mass that ended up being cancerous. Oscar was treated very well by the staff and he was very comfortable with them, which is something I was concerned with as he had never been in the care of anyone except myself and my immediate family for the duration of his life. He would wag his tail (now nub) when engaging with the staff members. He wasn't hesitant with them at all which there have been a few humans he's encountered in his lifetime that he would bark at and assume a posture that would indicate he was not comfortable in their presence (Oscar has an incredibly strong intuition). UPDATE: I added a star because they are not impossible to contact anymore, and a couple of my favorite people have come back. They are still short staffed though, and one of the techs made a pet bad mistake that cost me quite a bit of money, plus put my dog’s life at risk. I do still feel like they’re better than a lot of the other vets up here though, especially with Dr. Jessen back. He fixed a few things with a situation I was having with my dog and the others were less than helpful. So things are better again.This place used to be the absolute best.
