The staff are polite, return phone calls in a timely manner and explain technical information in a way we can understand.

I needed data moved from a broken computer to a hard drive. Jr was friendly and patient, even with all my questions, and the transfer worked out. Pricing was fair, and I’d go back if I needed another repair!
