the doctors here do not care for theyre patients at all , it's only a couple of good ones Michelle is the best one their she actually very caring and understanding and treat everyone with love , the rest is not so good , this need to change people supposw to feel love and caring from hospitals not un welcomed . I have never experienced so many nurses and rude doctors ever in my life .

I have already written a review of the terrible experience I recently had here, no food or drink for 30 hours waiting for results that didn't come, etc., but the worst part is the hospitalist prescribed Bentyl for me, and I am not supposed to take that, as I am over 65 years old. Even thought they suspected it was IBS, they did not request a GI visit. I learned this from seeing a GI doctor, who said I should have been seen by him. Attached is an article that says not to give Bentyl to anyone over 65. Shame on Sutter.

The office experince is horrible! Mayra at the front office who check us in is totally unprofessional. The sarcastic a$$ female gave us a fckd up attitude. My husband which was in severe pain and trowing up went to her window and told her "I was told I would be seen next?" She goes on and says smerking "Did I tell you that?? Haa haa Did I tell you that?" Because we were ready to leave to John Muir. She does on and calls the back office to see if we were next. Jim the RN has being with a great attitude so far his care quality was above and beyond. I will for sure complain more about this... she can not be treating and laughing at patients that way.
