Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot. Randy was so apologetic but we appreciated his determination to make it right regardless of the rain or time of day; which he did! ? Turns out the existing wiring was the problem. I'm really glad that I went with Sears! The experience has been very good!!! The sales rep was extremely informative and had patience with all of my questions.The team who came out to do the work was on time, nose to the grind stone, diligent, thorough, courteous, and professional. Great with my dogs. They cleaned up behind themselves.
