My furnace had been out several days waiting for PGE. S S was able to come out quickly the day I called in between jobs. They walked us all the way through the problem and charged us what was quoted over the phone and no more. S S was quick, reliable, friendly, honest and I will definitely call them next time I have another HVAC problem.
