This rating is based on a consultation only. I recently, reach out to the trainer to schedule a consultation/fitness assessment and was a way for me to interview trainers. Appointment was scheduled. I contacted the trainer to confirmed and was told he had a family emergency and was unable to keep the scheduled appointment, and he would later contact me once he returned. I was more so disappointment in him not informing me he would not be able to keep the appointment, there's a reminder in the mind body application and he failed to contact me upon his return. I have experienced several personal trainers since I relocated to CA not keeping appointments or not serious... read full review
