I’ve been taking my dog here for two years. They’ve always been nice and do a good job, and I appreciate being able to book online. However, het last appointment went way longer than expected. The booking says a full groom takes 3 hours, but this time is was just over 7 hours without any updates provided. If this happens again, I’ll likely be looking for an alternative.
