I had a frustrating experience at this optical clinic. Despite calling multiple times over two weeks about an issue with my father's referral, I received no response. When I visited in person to resolve the matter, the receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, citing her break as a reason not to assist. While I understand everyone deserves a break, ignoring calls and being unhelpful for such an extended time is unacceptable, especially for healthcare services. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience.

Kidisti Mariam O.D. is great. My husband and I went in to see her last week because he was having trouble with some glasses he had received from Kaiser. We could not get in to Kaiser because they are overwhelmed now since the pandemic restrictions have been partially restricted. She proceeded to examine my husband's eyes and then checked his glasses. She said the prescription was correct and felt that his vision problem was related to something else that needed to be checked by an ophthalmologist, possibly glaucoma. She suggested he get an appointment as soon as possible. She was really sweet and said that because she couldn't really help us, that she wasn't going to charge for the appointment. We were really surprised and appreciated her good advice. Based on her advice, I was finally able to get an appointment for my husband with a Kaiser ophthalmologist.
