I visited JCPenney today for my graduation photos for my degree in Criminal Justice Support, and I had a wonderful experience. Jazz assisted me during my session, and she was outstanding from start to finish.
She took the time to listen to my preferences, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her friendly and engaging personality made the experience even more enjoyable—I truly could have talked with her all day.

JC Pennys has always been a beloved store of mine, basically since I was young I can remember my mom taking me to their stores. For a family of 5 it was always good quality at a reasonable price. The store I visited today was a little lacking in customer service, it was difficult to find an employer for any assistance and the couple of employees that were easy to find I didn't even want to bother with any questions as I felt their conversation of personal/outside of work topics being talked about would be simply just rudely 'interrupted' by my need of assistance (?mhm, yes, the hint of sarcasm should be detected, of course ). My daughter had been looking forward to taking a remarkable birthday portrait with her son and brother, so we decided to visit JC Penney to make it happen. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Liz, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences and provided helpful suggestions throughout the session, which made all the difference in creating a truly memorable experience. Despite Liz's best efforts, my little grandson was in a bit of a mood and seemed unwilling to cooperate. He stubbornly refused to smile for the camera, much to our disappointment. However, Liz was undeterred and captured a few candid shots that were simply priceless. Her patience and perseverance paid off, and we ended up with a beautiful portrait that we will cherish for years. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; we couldn't have been happier with the results. We will be coming back for the following photos.
