My daughter had been looking forward to taking a remarkable birthday portrait with her son and brother, so we decided to visit JC Penney to make it happen. As we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Liz, who made us feel right at home. She took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences and provided helpful suggestions throughout the session, which made all the difference in creating a truly memorable experience. I love this JC Penny's. A little remote but never crowded except maybe around holidays. They have a wonderful reasonably priced beauty salon which they should advertise more and highlight on the mall sign outside.

JCPenney parking lot was full. I was surprised they had too much collection and full with stuff. They have good brand stuff. Price was also very good. Store is very clean. Employees are very helpful. Have big lines in cash register area. Bathroom was clean. Most of the employees have experienced. They have too much collection for man. Definitely I recommend this location for shopping.
