Every time Ive been in this Ulta or called with a question, the staff is always super helpful and friendly! Also got the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Megan, and she was EXTREMELY empathetic to an online purchase situation and put so much unexpected effort in to try to resolve it! A pleasure to speak with her! I love in Concord but will be trying to go to this Ulta when I need to instead of my local ones, I've always felt very valued as a customer here!
First time at the salon at Ulta. I selected Autumn and it was an amazing experience. She took a good amount of time to details. She was friendly and best of all she has a beautiful voice! Make sure she sings for you if you are lucky enough to get her. She is a amazing!

I’m taking off a star because the store never has what I really need. The cashier apologized and offered to get it shipped to my house but honestly I didn’t want to waste her time. Another reason for -1 star is because while I was checking out with Mya , I was able to over hear the other 2-3 associates behind her talking about personal problems to one another. There was a Latino guy there working who was cussing so much and talking very inappropriately and sexual. It honestly made me uncomfortable.
