The beauty tech Bella was SO helpful! I went in there looking for a new concealer and mascara. She really listened to my likes and wants and made several suggestions in and out of my price range. She led me through the store and did not rush me at all. I am SO pleased with my purchases. I will make sure and look for her help the next time I go.

I took my adult daughter here to get her hair done (I didn't have time to get an appointment with my normal hairdresser because my daughter was going back to college in Massachusetts). They did a suprise me in how good they were. It ending up costing $200 for a cut and blow dry, so it was not cheap. I will say this, though: I absolutely would not have purchased anything from the store. They only had a few cashiers and a line that was a joke. In fact, the stylist wanted us to buy products, and I refused because of the nightmare in the front of the store, so she got someone to ring us up in the back where the stylists were. OMGAAAAAWD the staff is soooooo friendly. I took up like 2hrs of this poor lady's time. She helped me match all my skin tones, helped me with what brushes I needed and how I needed to apply it. I have never worn a full face of make up before. My daughter on the other hand is a professional. So I needed some major help. I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she was a total sweetheart. I spent over $700 in make up and brushes but that was everything I needed because I never had make up before.....of course, my daughter got a few things too.
