I had a great experience with the staff during my shopping everyone was very helpful. However, my checkout experience was frustrating. I was asked to enter my phone number on the pin pad and when I declined, the associate, Gisselle, became rude. I paid with both a gift card and cash. Gisselle handed me the gift card and insisted I peel it myself because she didn’t want to ruin her nails. To make matters worse, she chose to use the cash first and left a balance on the gift card, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional.
Have been coming to this Ulta for a few years now. They’ve always been so kind but I went this weekend and Bella was sooo sweet she went above and beyond for my mother and I. She helped me find the perfect routine for my mom. She helped me find a perfect moisturizer to prep the skin, a foundation in her shade, a perfect color corrector, and a blush. Thank you Bella for your kindness 🫶🏼
