Requested style: I went in and asked for a pixie style haircut at the time my hair was blonde so I wanted it dyed brown with blonde highlights it turned out brown with Platinum highlights on top of that my haircut was a Bob and I can't explain to her what I was looking for even have the picture in the book but she would not listen to me on top of that I had to go back a couple days later cuz my hair was cut so crooked and she still didn't fix it the way I asked her to as far as I'm concerned $155 down the drain never again will I return there her attitude sucks

I got a haircut and then the lady asked if I wanted a facial and she would do it for me. After going in the room, she covered my eyes and switch with another woman without telling me anything. This was very rude as she was the one who offered the service and I accepted it. The other lady who did my facial didn’t know what she was doing and kept on going over my eyes even after I asked her not to. I had to walk out before she was done, and my eyes were irritated and red. I explained this while paying but they still charged me full price. Very Bad experience and I am not going back. What a way to lose good customers.

I went last minute to do my much needed hair color. All the ladies welcomed me with warmth. I didn’t even say what color I needed. Tina the owner said . We will take care of you. After all said and done my hair came out amazing!!!!price wise well worth it!!! It’s very affordable and I felt welcomed! Thank you ladies you made me feel like a true queen❤️

Where is the ZERO button?! Coz this place doesn't deserve even just one star. I was there the other day to have my pinky nail done because the acrylic nail broke. The lady who helped me is nice but know nothing on how to do the dip powder and I told her I want acrylic but she said they don't do acrylic, she also cut my finger with so much nail filing. I think she's good for hair but not nails but because of what I experienced, I will not coming back to this salon- it's a bad first impression I should say. I ended up going to different salon to have it fixed. This lady should've told me that she doesn't know how to fix it to save both of our time! I wasted my 45 minutes being there just because!
