Great office. Our second time coming here. Excellent service both times. From the front desk, to Dr.Sim Everyone that we dealt with has been pleasant and efficient.
Ordered glasses on 3/27/23 finally arrived today 5/26/23. It was only supposed to take 2-3 weeks. Picked up the glasses and there was no case. $400, two months, no case. Very disappointing. The staff did even offer to supply a case we all know they have in the office and could have easily provided one.
My daughter and I both went in to see Dr. Sim today and she was very kind and thorough. I feel like that was the first time that I've came from seeing an eye doctor and got the perfect prescription and glasses for myself. I highly recommend Dr. Sim. Thank you for making my day!!
