Professional & clear communication from beginning to end. We felt their empathy, sympathy and sincerity. My son and I were very satisfied interacting with the wonderful folks at Diablo Valley Cremation & Funeral Services. Their prices are quite competitive, too. Overall we would highly recommend their services.
My husband passed away on Christmas Day. The pain and trauma I had over this life-changing experience was one I don’t wish on anyone. It’s now been 3 months and I would not have even made it this far had it not been for the thoughtfulness and professionalism of the entire staff at Diablo Valley Cremation and Funeral. My husband was cremated and they handled everything with respect and kindness from the transport from home to the day I picked him up in a beautiful urn for Navy veterans. Tragically I lost 2 loved ones the same year. I found Diablo Valley Cremation almost by accident through my sister’s research. The people there were both extremely efficient taking care of everything including the paperwork, but were also sensitive at the same time remaining fully aware of what I was going through. The cost was reasonable as well. I recommend them highly
