I came here to have some out of network pre-op lab work done. The staff is amazing! Very courteous and professional. When my lab results were complete they were easily accessible on the Carby app.
Update: I went back about 2 weeks later because I noticed one of my lab results wasn’t showing. Angel took the time to research the issue and then called Quest Diagnostics to follow up. Missing lab results were then sent. Excellent customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience with this medical facility. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the staff told me that I hadn’t booked it correctly and rescheduled me for the following day. Later that same day, they called to inform me that they would actually be closed on the day they rescheduled me for.
Because of the confusion and lack of professionalism, I ended up driving to another facility to avoid dealing with more inconvenience and poor service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

The medical assistant said my son weighed 35 lbs . I said to myself that sounds totally wrong . I went home and weighed him he was 53lbs . That’s a huge error . I will NOT be returning .

I was referred by a friend who recently visited this facility in Antioch. She was super impressed and suggested that I make an appointment for my symptoms. I was greeted in a friendly manner and waiting a minimum amount of time to be seen. Medical assistant was thorough and friendly and I was seen shortly after that by a physician. She diagnosed me and a was give a prescription and suggestions in other over the counter meds to help me get some relief. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

The people here helped out extensively with an issue that arose with a workers comp claim. They went above what I expected them to do and I am very thankful.

If you’re planning to do a DOT exam, I recommend going somewhere else. The physician here won’t honor the full one-year certification if your BMI is 3% over — she’ll only give you three months, which isn’t enough time to prepare for your next appointment or any exams. Honestly, this physician seems more focused on making money, especially if you’re paying out of pocket. I will not be coming back here
