Dr Xue is the worst in this facility. He miss diagnosed my daughter which caused her to be in pain for a full week. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR

Amazing very time! The staff is Awesome the doctor's fantastic. I see these guys more than I see my own doctor. Why because it's easier. I just love how they treat you. It couldn't be better!

My 4 yr old daughter was sick with fever and congestion. After 4 days with roller coaster fever temps I call the urgent care since there was no appointment times listed on the website. They said "as of now there is no wait and we are taking walk ins" this was at 8am. My husband drives with our daughter from Concord to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before they tell him to bring her back at 3:45 pm. This was poor customer service. They need to tell patients at check in the wait times and or make the available appointment times available on the website not just a phone number to only be misinformed.
