I booked a carpet cleaning appt for my mom, she and her dog both have dementia and the carpet was disgusting ( if you know you know) James was great! He booked us an appt right away , showed up early , and finished quick. He sent me a text letting me know how everything went and that he had finished up at my moms and that was much appreciated. What a phenomenal job James did on our carpet! We have a senior pittie who's been having accidents and really needed a deep clean. Scheduling was quick and easy. He did an enzyme treatment to remove the odors and took time to give me some recommendations for spot cleaning. The cost was more than reasonable for two rooms and walk in closet and the odor treatment. $150. Highly recommend.
This is not my first review. I'm a repeat customer because I've not found anyone that does a better job than All Star! This time I wanted to review the tech that showed up to do the work. He showed up early and jumped in to help move furniture out of the way. He was friendly, professional and did a quick and outstanding job on our carpet and recliner. My experiences with All Star have always been all around great! Don't hesitate to use them. You won't regret it.
