“Excellent martial art! Teaches how to roll and fall to start, which let's face it will absolutely get used. Then you learn to escape from being grabbed, to apply joint locks, throw a person, control them on the ground after being thrown, defense against being attacked with a knife or a gun, and so much more!This school is so much more affordable than most marital arts schools! No contracts or testing fees!Best of all the instructors are incredibly patient with kids or adults. The school head has been doing Jujitsu for more than 50 years, and is the best instructor, especially with kids, that I've ever seen. If you're considering trying a martial art or looking for a great art for your kids to learn, that will help keep them safe while teaching them important concepts like respect, confidence, honesty, and being a better person.... definitely try Redding Jujitsu Academy!!!”
