I caught the amazing February 2025 sale and by mistake I ordered a slick pour thinking it was a gel polish. I called customer service and to my surprise she told me that they would ship me a return label and that I could order something more like what I was looking for and ship it back to me! Most “nail stores” won’t take returns at all. Even though I hadn’t broken the seal or even unscrewed the cap. I caught it on the receipt before it arrived to me. I LOVE THIIS COMPANY!! They are more like friends than a business. They have amazing free training and chats or several other ways of contacting them with any concerns or questions. I love the YN Products! I’ve ordered online & it’s comes in in like a week or so. I love using their product because they are good quality products! Their YN protein bond will will make your nails stay on for almost a month if you do good prep & don’t even get me started with there acrylics!?? My application is just like butter I recommend their nail supplies! I’m exited to order their YN Arch Light!!
